We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects with precision and design sensitivity. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution capabilities, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of modern interior finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute interior projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate effectively with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Ensure quality control, timeline adherence, and budget compliance
  • Solve on-site technical issues and manage day-to-day site operations
  • Interpret and work with technical drawings, BOQs, and architectural plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-outs
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry trends
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
  • Excellent communication and site management skills
  • Proven track record of successfully executed interior projects
