We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects with precision and design sensitivity. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution capabilities, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of modern interior finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute interior projects from inception to completion
Coordinate effectively with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure quality control, timeline adherence, and budget compliance
Solve on-site technical issues and manage day-to-day site operations
Interpret and work with technical drawings, BOQs, and architectural plans
Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-outs
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry trends
Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
Excellent communication and site management skills
Proven track record of successfully executed interior projects
